Shipping and Returns
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Delivery fees for international shipping will be calculated on the checkout page once you have completed your billing information. Fees will be entirely dependent on the product that you are interested in. Current product prices do not include associated costs with shipping.
When will I get my order?
It takes 5 – 7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
– Romania: 1 – 3 business days
– International: 10 – 15 business days
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
First, follow these steps:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask you local post office if they have your package.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Receiving Incorrect or damaged goods?
To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you as possible!
All sales are final. We accept returns only for items that are shipped incorrectly and/or damaged in transit or don’t comply with the technical description provided in the article description.
What’s your return policy?
At this moment we don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you receive one of our packages, a return code will be included. These codes are a reference for the carrier in case the items are lost in transit or if the shipping address is incorrect.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items, damaged items. or don’t comply with the technical description provided in the article description. If any of these apply, please contact us with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.
